EMPOWERED sessions are Doula-led small groups that offer an empowering and nurturing environment for pregnant and postpartum people. Each gathering focuses on three essential pillars that will uplift and empower you:

• Education: You will gain access to invaluable information on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. This knowledge will empower you to make informed and confident decisions while on your journey through the pregnancy and postpartum experience.
