Service Description

Birth Planning: Get a customized Birth Plan for your Journey!! This is a great tool for setting your birth preferences and identifying your values in the birth space. This is a virtual, one on one session. Spouses/Partners are welcome! You will receive an official template of your plan upon session completion. For either vaginal or C Section delivery (please specify your mode of delivery when booking). Postpartum Planning: If you have a plan for birth, you need a plan for postpartum as well! This virtual, one on one session will help you in setting postpartum expectations, identifying needs, and organizing care/support. Work return planning is included with this session. You will receive an official template of your plan upon session completion. Spouses/Partners are welcome!
