Birth Control Session

Service Description

While birth cannot be controlled, how you enter into the birth space can! This is a one on one, virtual session geared to educate, inform and affirm you as you are preparing for birth. This is not a Childbirth Education Class. Birth Control Sessions focus on identifying expectations, confidence building, self advocacy, and affirmation. This session is ideal if you want to strengthen your foundation in any of these areas! Spouses/Partners are welcome! For either vaginal or C Section delivery (please specify your mode of delivery when booking).
